Im working for Medtronic, which is the global leader in medical technology.

Im involved in testing and feedback when software is rolled out and ensure the clients computers meet the Medtronics Standard. Im working very closely together with our technical specialists in Europe and U.S to make sure our solutions meet the needs of the business.

Im part of a Nordic Team, and im frequently onsite at the norwegian office. Im travelling a lot and we have a very international perspective within Medtronic.

Im currently working in roll out of Vista in the Nordic Region and implementing OCS (Communicator).

Im responsible for purchasing hardware and software in Denmark and Norway. 

Im involved in various projects such as CRM-project (Salesforce.com), nordic Infoboard communication tools, mobile applications etc.

Furthermore i have a lot of other tasks in my daily work, which is related to IT and need to be coordinated within the organization.

I have special interest in ITIL since im version 3 certified and our IT processes and planning, meets the standard of ITIL.
